Three of my great passions in life are love, family and photography. I believe that there’s always love, and no matter how clouded it may get through life’s tragedies, upbringing or unawareness, hope is always there, just waiting to be revealed. Travel broadens one's view of the world. Experiencing other cultures, meeting people from other communities, states, and countries and allowing myself to see the beauty, and sometimes ugliness, of the world has helped me understand that all of our lives are at once interconnected and individual. It’s through my photography that I’ve been able to gain this perspective and choose to visually document lives and memories.
I have a passion for helping children and have a background in Psychology, and Early Childhood Education and Development. I coupled my careers of working with children with my love of photography. I was able to experience and learn from both worlds. I have been taking pictures since as far back as I can remember, and I have come to the realization that it’s my life’s purpose. Not to just take pictures but to tell a story. The story that can only be told through the aide of photography.
In the near future I hope to grow an extensive social media photography presence with a future vision of traveling abroad with my photography, advocating for children, and displaying how God's love is still strong in the world. I hope to one day start my own non-profit with support going to military families and providing their photography.
